The Shooter’s Delight website had become very slow and problematic over the course of several years, including being hacked multiple times. While we were able to step in and patch things up, by 2020 the time had come to start afresh.
Building on the existing functionality, we built a new WordPress website using a combination of plugins and custom functionality. For example, complex shipping rules and fee conditions were required due to the types of items sold by Shooter’s Delight. The online store was also heavily customised to allow for custom product filtering options, and to integrate with a third-party stock management platform with some pretty funky requirements.
The new website is significantly faster for customers, and any changes Shooter’s Delight requires can now be easily managed on the back-end… without fear of the website breaking!
