A domain name is the address of your website. Every domain name has its own internal password (called an EPP Code or Registry Key), which is needed if you want to transfer the domain from one provider to another. There’s also a different password you use to log into your account with the domain name provider.
Option 1: Transfer your domain(s) to us
If you’d like to transfer your domain name(s) to us, we’ll need your EPP Code. This can be obtained by logging into your account and managing the settings within the domain name, and you’ll find an option somewhere to view that code. Please send it to us.
Option 2: Send us your login details
If you’d like to keep your domain name(s) where they are, but just give us access to them, please send us:
- The address of your login page (or the website of your domain name provider/registrar)
- Your username
- Your password
