- Each page should ideally have at least 200-300 words. If your content is significantly longer, we may break it up into multiple pages when we add to the website. This will help improve your website’s ranking in Google.
- Try to primarily speak in a “first person” voice, such as “We are the leader…” or “XYZ Industries is the leader”. A mixture of the two is fine, but don’t use “they”.
- Use bullet points and subheadings to break up long paragraphs.
- Treat the page headings like a hierarchy, by using the “Paragraph” dropdown in the editor toolbar. For a main heading, use Heading 1 (only once). For subheadings, use Heading 2 (as many times as you like). For subheadings within subheadings, use Heading 3, and so on.
