Today, Triforce Electrical has a bright and cheerful contemporary website that instantly grabs your attention. The design is appealing, colours are attractive and information about their services is presented clearly. They now have a user-friendly website that has already shown a dramatic increase in traffic, leads, sales and revenue. Their website has now become a lead generating and conversion tool that has already resulted in a positive return on their investment.

The brief from Triforce Electrical was to design a customised website that was tailored to their specific needs. It needed to be professional, colourful, and visually appealing. Their previous website was no longer suitable for their established business, as it was based on a generic template that did little to promote their business as an Australian family owned and operated company offering premium services.
The overriding aim of the website was that it needed to be more functional for users, focused on lead generation and conversions, and more visible to search engines. Their ultimate aim was to increase revenue so that they could grow their business over the next few years.

Solution
The main reason that Triforce Electrical needed a new website was that their existing site was not receiving much traffic, and consequently, leads, sales, conversions and revenue via the website was virtually non-existent. After discussing their business needs and goals with us, they opted for our mid-tier website package which gave them several key benefits to help them achieve their goals.
One of these benefits was a professional photo shoot that allowed them to personalise their site with authentic imagery, rather than relying on stock photos or low quality photos taken on their phone. Increased online visibility
The site was optimised for search engines and customer testimonials were presented prominently. High converting keywords were identified and included in the new content. To further increase the company’s online visibility a blog was created to further engage their visitors. This blog would also help to further expand the company’s reputation as an authority within the electrical and air-conditioning industry.

Results
Triforce Electrical now has an updated, modern and professional high-end website that clearly displays their services, engages visitors, and builds trust. Given that this new website was only launched on the 1st of March 2021, the results have been outstanding.
Within two weeks of publishing the website (16 March 2021), they had 446 users visit their website with 757 page views. Over the same date range last year, they had only 44 users and 88 page views, so they’re already enjoying 10 times the amount of traffic!
More importantly, and even more impressive, is that conversions (the number of enquiries via phone calls and emails) also increased from 2 in the previous timeframe to 59 in the two short weeks following the launch — a 3000% increase!
