Never send private information via email. You can use the steps below to send us details securely, otherwise you can text your information to 0485 878 622 instead (either all of it, or just a part of it).
Step 1: Test your login details (if applicable)
If you’re sending us login details, visit the relevant website or app and log in, to ensure they work. Once confirmed, continue with the steps below.
Step 2: Enter the details
The information you enter in the website below will be encrypted and can only be accessed once before it’s destroyed.
- Visit our secure note page → (opens in a new browser tab)
- Enter all of your information into the box. For example, if you’re sending login details, you’d enter something like this:
- Click on “Create” in the top right corner to generate a unique one-time link. This link is not sent to us automatically, so you must complete the remaining steps below.
Step 3: Send us the link
- Click on the “Copy link” button in the top left.
- Go back to the original email where we requested this information.
- Reply to the email and paste in the link you copied (CTRL + V or CMD + V).
Tip: If you need a centralised system for keeping track of your logins, payment cards, and any other secure details, we recommend Keeper. And if you use shared website/app logins within your organisation but don’t want to be tied to one person’s mobile phone every time you need to enter a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA) code during login, we recommend using Daito.
