Providing access to Google Search Console

If we’ve requested access to your Google Search Console account, please follow the steps below.

Scenario 1: Google Search Console isn’t set up yet

If you haven’t set up Google Search Console for your website, or you’re not sure, let us know. We can guide you through setting up a new property or help with domain verification.

Scenario 2: Google Search Console is already set up

If you’re certain that your website is already set up within Google Search Console (or we’ve advised that it is):

  1. Go to Google Search Console.
  2. Log in with the Google Account that owns or manages your Google Search Console property.
  3. In the top-left corner, click the property dropdown menu and select the website you want to share access to.
  4. In the left menu, scroll down and click on Settings (the gear icon).
    • In the main panel, click on Users and permissions.
    • Click on the Add user button in the top right.
    • Enter the GO Creative email address we provided to you.
    • In the Permission section, click on “Full”. This lets us view reports, submit sitemaps, and inspect URLs, but does not give us administrative or billing access.
    • Click on Add. You should now see our email address listed as an active user for your property.
  5. Send us an email to confirm you’ve added us.
